(meteorobs) Visual Observations on November 16/17, 2003

It was fairly fine in the first part of last night. The limiting magnitude
was better than 6 at first. However, it became gradually foggy and smoky,
and finally got totally cloudy at about 3h30m (LT).
Just have formal observation for one period around the mid-night.

The weather forecast reported it's going to snow tonight and tomorrow. But
strongly windy later. I hope we'll have clear sky for the predicted and
updated encounter with 1533 dust trail.
