RE: (meteorobs) Null for this morning

We have had hail wind and rain in Tulsa, OK USA today but now the skies are starting to look promising.  We should have clearing by 10 or 11p.m. tonight and stay clear the rest of the morning.  The Tulsa Astronomy Club is getting ready to head for our dark sky observatory for tonights Leonids.  Hope to have a report for everyone tomorrow.  Oh for some fireballs like 1998.

I observed from Hastings, New Zealand, under very clear skies this morning @ 2230 UTC for about one hour (3:30 - 4:30 AM local time). The score:

Satellites: 4

Leonids: 0

In fact, there were no meteors in my sights at all during that time, not even sporadics...

Oh well, at least it was a nice sunrise...
