     2003 Leonids FLASH in JAPAN (Visual Observation) (2)

It is cloudy or rainy in almost of Japan now .... In north
Japan, it is fine at some observing area...

The following is the result of Visual Observation in Japan.
This is calculated by Mr.Shigeo UCHIYAMA(NMS).

    It however was bad weather night in Japan. So, these data
    added.
