(meteorobs) Visual Observations on November 21/22, 2003

It seemed that Leonids had a small outburst last night at 16h-17h UT,
November 21. Soon after the radiant rose, many bright Leonid appeared. In a
period of about 1hr, 11 shower meteors were seen. But at that time, the
zenithal distance of Leonid radiant is still 73 degrees! As the same reason,
result provided by this observation is also somewhat uncertain. I suppose
visual observers in Japan, which is east to China, may have better data(?)
