(meteorobs) 2,004 Meteor showers
I got my Observer's handbook for 2,004 today and noted that this coming
year the Perseid shower will be about three days before new moon and the
Geminids will be a couple of days after new moon. It couldn't be a
better year for observing these two famous showers. The Leonids will be
about five days after new moon which means the moon will set about two
hours before midnight standard time for most of us. Still great.
