Date and Time? 11/20 18hour /40minutes

What compass direction did the fireball appear from? NORTH

What compass direction did the fireball DISAPPEAR from? SOUTH

How long, in seconds, were you able to see it in the sky? 1-1/2 - 2

How many degrees off the horizon was it when it APPEARED?
(As a reference, a closed fist held at arm's length is
approximately 10 degrees.)
  15

How many degrees off the horizon was it when it DISAPPEARED? 15

Like a star, Venus, the Moon, or the setting Sun?
  FULL MOON

Did it have any color(s)? WHITE

Did it appear to fall apart as it went by? What did that look like?
IT DID NOT APPEAR TO FALL. AS LARGE AS A BASKETBALL AT THE HEAD OF THE
TRAJECTORY; WHITE DUST CLOUD CONE SHAPED BEHIND APPROX. 36 FT.

Did it leave a persistent streak in the sky after it was gone?
How long did that last?
  NO

How fast did it move? Use a 1 to 5 scale, 1 being
VERY slow, and 5 being extremely quick.
EXTREMELY QUICK 5: I THINK WE WERE IN SHOCK, THOUGH, SO IT SEEMED LIKE A
LONGER TIME AS COMPARED TO SEEING A SHOOTING STAR. HARD TO EXPLAIN. SEEMED
LIKE SLOW MOTION AT THE TIME

Did you hear a sound?
If yes, what was the time delay from sighting to sound?
HEARD NOTHING BUT WAS INSIDE VEHICLE WITH WINDOWS ROLLED UP

What is the closest Town/State to where you saw the fireball?
  AVON PARK, FLORIDA

Please put any additional remarks, sketches, drawings, etc. below:
  -----------------------O
INCREDIBLE SPEED, BUT SEEMED LIKE WAS ABLE TO WATCH IT FOR A MUCH LONGER TIME
THAN A FALLING STAR; BRIGHT WHITE; LARGE AS A BASKET BALL AT FRONT; AWESOME!!
