** On 18th, two data were not observed under good condition.
It however was bad weather night in Japan. So, these data
    added.

Total Leonid meteors : 1,684
Total Observed Time : 123.9 hr

Nind.: the number of observers during night
Nobs : the number of observers
 Teff : observed period (hr)
LEO : the number of Leonid meteors
 HRave: average HR
 ZHRave:average ZHR population index = 2.2
 Err. : ZHRave/sqrt(LEO)

and we received reports from following observers.
Takehiko ADACHI, Minako OTA, Mariko SEKINE, Makiko NAGASAWA,
Yasuro, OIKAWA

------------------------------------
From 21st to 23rd night(UT), ZHR was same level and it did
not decrease. On 21st night, however, although there were five
observers, there were less members on 22nd and 23rd nights.

Then Mr.Uchiyama calculated the magnitude distribution.
He says that there were many bright meteors on 19th night(UT).
On other nights, meteor average magnitude was darker (not only
13th night but also other nights).

with best wishes
