(meteorobs) decay over CA, 22-23 nov



Hello,

It seems that the Californian observers on this list have missed a satellite
debris decay on the evening of November 22-23. There is a report on a
sighting from Joshua Tree, CA, on the Seesat-list:

...and subsequent messages have pointed out that this was a piece of debris
from the August 12 launch of a Russian photo reconnaisance satellite, Cosmos
2399:
