<Hourly Analysis> http://www.nms.gr.jp/gem2003hour.gif

ZHR on 14th(UT) was constant. Although ZHR at 11h(UT) and 20h(UT)
was large value, this was because ther were few observers.
Besides, around these time, almost of observers are great
meteor observers who can see faint meteors. Therefore, ZHR
was large value when there were a few observers and almost
observers were great observers. This is also seen 13th
11h-13h(UT).
