  I was driving in the city at the time so I couldn't watch it as close as I 
wanted to.  I've never seen anything quite as bright as this, so I assume it was 
fairly close to the city.  After I've filled out this form I realized I should 
have used the amateur form because I am definitely an amateur spotter.
