(As a reference, a closed fist held at arm's length is

  saw possible streak,but maybe contrail

VERY slow, and 5 being extremely quick.

  appeared E to NE of Round Rock

  Was walking my dog in local park about 10:30p; saw bright green flash and 
looked up; could not see object directly due to high, broken cloud cover; can't 
est. magnitude, but object was quite evident in spite of local light pollution 
and clouds. Please let me know if other reports per same object. Jim Fisher
