Please put any additional remarks, sketches, drawings, etc. below:
I was walking my dog and talking to a neighbor and we both saw a flash in the
sky and then a very very fast light ball break into 3 pieces 2 of which
disapeered right away and one which traveled very fast off into the direction of
the atlantic ocean, i would say traveling in a south east direction. I also live
in the suburbs of NYC (Queens) right near JFK Airport. I know what we saw was
not a plane and we are not crazy as we both saw the same thing. it looked like a
shooting star and it was huge with a small trail behind it. If someone would
like to contact me to speak about this, it would be fine. i didn't hear any
noise nor did we see where it may have landed if it landed at all. We just
couldn't believe we even saw it since it was kind of hazy out and we were only
able to see maybe 3 or 4 stars in the entire sky.
