RE: (meteorobs) virus



Robert,

	There are many, many viruses circulating that fake the From:
address because they infect someone's machine and reproduce using that
person's Outlook contacts (or sometimes they just check to see who
they've been exchanging mail with and use those addresses).

	Even if someone had sent a virus like that through the list
(which did *not* happen, since none of the rest of us received it), you
wouldn't be in trouble unless you opened the attachment like it asked
you to do... and that's something most of us aren't going to do.
