Roger,
It's in the very bright twilight. There is only a short period it is
visible between bright twilight and the comet setting. It will also
have a very limited range of latitudes over which it is visible under
such conditions.
It should be possible from the northern hemisphere about April 22
as it moves north and into the morning twilight.
