Description:
117X - A rich cluster with 10 brighter stars of 8.49 to 11.18 mag. Estimated,
100-150 stars are resolvable in the 30CM SCT under good skies. (15 mag-
threshold) Per SkyMap Pro; v 6 and ARP,(1962) there are 1000 stars 11-18mag in
this cluster. NGC7789 resimbles a sparse globular cluster with irregular
boundry. It gradually brightens toward the center, but without a real nucleus.
The brighter 75-100 stars stand out well against the fainter stars.
