(IAAC) Eric Greene's Herschel 400 observations

At my suggestion, Eric Greene sent me a dump of his whole database of NGC 
object observations from the 'NGP' program... I've now reformatted these 
observations for submission to 'netastrocatalog'! The first log, for "NGC 40", 
will be coming along in a minute or two. Please let me know if any of you have 
any comments: either about the format of the logs, or about the usefulness of 
posting ** all 400 ** of Eric's deep-sky observations.
