Hi, Jeff! All quasars variable? Well, it probably depends on how you define 
"quasar" these days. If you don't limit the definition too much, and include 
objects like Markarian 1298 in Leo (v=14.61), then there are lots of quasars 
above mag. 16 that are very constant.
