You did pick some tricky objects for the ETX, Brad - thanks for sharing the 
logs! I've heard of people seeing M1 in particular with binoculars under dark, 
dark skies. I've never managed that, though I can see it quite nicely in the 
little AstroScan (4.25") from exurban skies in Westford, MA.
