Re: (IAAC) Obj: Albireo (Beta Cygni) - Inst: 102 mm f/9.8 Achromatic refractor

Hi, Ray,

Oops, sorry, no cultural slight intended. Crayola is the brand name for one
of the most common crayons...at least back when I was in elementary school
in the 50s. They came in boxes of 8, 16, 24, and on up and were a bit of a
status symbol for the 8-and-under set back in those innocent, pre-Sputnik
times. I remember being enormously impressed when a classmate turned up
with a box of 64. It had all sorts of exotic colors I'd never heard of
before. Until then, I'd always thought that red was...well, just red. How
little did I know!

Cheers,

Mike Smith
