  Satuday night in the center of eastern urban sprawl, M15 easy to find
  (in fact, nicely visible through 16x70's). Specific soft glow through
  the 22mm, and with the 12mm Nagler saw solid white center with fading
  aura of stars surrounding. Averted vision allowed faint resolution. This
  is for all of those mistakenly thinking that astronomy is futile in
  the city. Ain't so. It's a lot of fun.
