So what do you think made it successful? It HAS to be the conditions, as
I've used a similar configuration (26 mm on a barlow with an 8 inch mirror)
and not gotten a split!

:Success tonight at lats! After several attempts, I finally was able to
split this
:double. I first used my 17mm w/barlow combination for 144x and it was an
:split. I then used my reticle EP (98x) to measure the separation - 15" and
