Hi to all,

I have added a page on Ciel Extreme's site (in french and in english)
dealing with the evaluation and rating of tranparency of the night sky,
with the naked eye around Polaris (useful for meteor watchers too). The
charts are based on Tycho/Hipparchos data so are up to date with fresh and
homogeneous visual magnitudes data. Enjoy it at
