Hi to all,

Could someone tell me more about this soviet astronomer (from armenia) who
worked at Byurakan observatory and discovered a peculiar class of blue
dwarf galaxies emitting UV radiations ?
I know only the first letters of his first names: B. E. but nothing on the
date of his birth and death along with his discoveries.
