   This galaxy does indeed have a mag. ~13 star superposed immediately
NE of a fairly faint nucleus.  I discerned it in both observations I made
of the galaxy from Chile, but also there are several notes about it in
the NED database (not least from a letter by Hubble indicating a "foreground
stars 3 arcsec following nucleus").
