(IAAC) Fwd: IR bandpass filters
Someone on a local Club elist asked a question regarding special high
transmittance filters - basically, more "customized" versions of the
well-known UHC, OIII, etc. filters. I believe the poster was an astro-
imager, but thought this may be of interest to visual observers, too.
Note that such filters are generally NOT inexpensive! Clear skies,

Dennis,
Try Omega filters at (products/bandpass filters):
http://www.omegafilters.com/index.html
or link directly to their bandpass filter list (they have a selection of
filters in the 940-950 range):
http://www.omegafilters.com/products/bandpass.html.
If they don't have exactly what you are looking for, they can make it (see
the links).
Good luck,
