     I'm working off visual observations.  I had astroart suggested by someone else as well, it looks great.  I visited the usno site this morning and found that two versions of the catalogue were available.  SA2.0 is a smaller catalogue (it only contains a little over half a billion stars!) that looks like it would be much easier to work with than A2.0.  But I wasn't sure how deep SA2.0 went.  If it goes to 19 that would be great!  The url for those who are interested is http://www.nofs.navy.mil/projects/pmm/catalogs.html
