Also I went to look on Megastar and it has IC 4622 listed, but with out a magnitude listing.
This can only mean that it is a very dim object and would be beyond most amateur telescopes. So I doubt that this object would be the one you saw.Regards,
Toney

Hi Bob I have checked on IC 4622 and that very well may be what I was looking at. It seems to be pretty dang close to the area I spotted this fuzziness in. Is IC 4622 not classified yet? I am sorry if I am asking newbie questions, but I am a newbie somewhat. Does anyone have any images of Ic 4622? I will know for sure that is what I was looking it after I see a image of it. I am waiting for darkness to confirm it is still in the same location and possibly get a better map of it's location as well as a better magnitude estimate of it and try to get the name of the star it is close to.
