CAOS - Neat idea! Perhaps it would also interface with some of the
observation planning and star atlas programs available, like DeepSky 2000
and Earth Centered Universe? Sort of an "industry standard" for observing
logs? (And if it could easily submit log entries to the IAAC, so much the
better... :>)

What do people think about the Web form interface? Would it be worthwhile?

PS: Another idea: Maybe we should have a netastrocatalog-announce list for
these sorts of discussions, and save netastrocatalog for observations only?
