Description: At the prompting of a fellow Web-based
amateur, I especially looked for the lovely Dumbbell
in binoculars, choosing a clear night and a very dark
sky: Sure enough there it was! Obviously non-stellar,
and showing a suggestion of its true "apple core"
shape, the Dumbbell is also in the midst of a VERY
nice stellar field: something one generally misses
through a telescope! Look for the Dumbbell for your-
self using binoculars, especially if you have access
to some quality astronomical binocs (unlike mine)!
