Description:
Easy find North of the group of stars Pi, 69, and Rho Herculis.
This little globular was "pointed to", almost in the same bino
field of view, by a pretty double star, with mags. 5 and 7 amid
a group of fainter stars, and colored yellow-orange and bluish,
respectively. M92 itself is none too striking, being slightly
smaller in apparent size and about 2 magnitudes fainter visually
than M13. (See M13 "yardstick" observation for this same night).
M92 grew brighter toward the middle, but had no distinct core.
