Object: NGC 6218, Messier 12, Bennett 80
Glorious cluster, large, surrounded by many 9-10th mag stars. Dominates
the 4  degree field of view. Soft milky glow, broad centre. Unsure - could
be trick of  the eye, but appears elongated SE - NW?
