Description:
Intermittently visible to averted vision with field motion
ONLY, almost due S of iota Dra about 1.5 binocular fields.
A very indistinct haze surrounding and N of a mag. 7 star
which lies near the center of a "house-shaped" or Cepheus-
like asterism of mag. 5 to 7 stars, whose "peak" points NW.
Were I not sure of M102's EXACT location from charts, this
suburban observation would have been an "AINT NO" for sure.
