Object data: Open cluster
Beautiful object! The cluster barely did not fit into the 1.5 degree field.
What made
this glittering, widely spaced cluster so interesting were all the different
brightnesses
of stars inter-mixed, It gave the cluster an illusion of depth, not often
seen in open
clusters. Much more satisfying (to me) than in 10x binoculars, but with any
higher
magnitification, this star field would have lost it's interest.
