Description:
The Orion nebula is stunning, showing the full extent of the outer
arms in a complete loop as it sideswipes NGC 1980. Higher powers
showcase the extreme mottling of the bright central area, the
sea-green color of the nebula, the dark insert of the fish mouth. and
the comma shape of M43. With the 7 mm eyepiece, Star E of the
Trapezium is easily visible and star F is occasionally visible. With
the 4.8 mm eyepiece, F is much easier.
