Description:
Last night myself and two other guys from the Dallas astro club went
to the club's dark sky site S of Atoaka OK. (See previous log for M42.)
--
We also saw (first time I ever have seen it!) the central star in M-57
(Ring Neb) at 564X. Both Jason's saw it as well, and it was their
first time as well. Seeing was very steady! Believe it or not, higher
powers improve the contrast of fainter objects.
