Description:
The first time I saw M81 throught the ETX I couldn't believe how
bright it was--after looking at fainter objects. Bright center with
gradually fading outskirts. My brother & I have seen M81 without
optical aid--several people have noted that it can be accomplished
under the right conditions. One nice thing about viewing M81 is that
M82 is nearby and with this magnification in the same field of view.
