Category: Planetary nebula.
Class:
Constellation: Vir
Data: mag 13 size 478"X281"
Position: RA 13:40 DEC -19:53
Description:
At 100X in the 13" scope this low surface brightness planetary was only
suspected. Going to 150X is was extremely faint, pretty large, round,
and not brighter in the middle. This was a tough object, only really
seen with averted vision. I could hold it with direct vision about 20%
of the time as a fuzzy, dim spot. The UHC filter was no help.
