Description:
I had the distinct pleasure of observing 4 supernovae in a single
evening using the ASH 17" f/15 classical Cassegrain and a 32mm
University Optics Koenig-II ocular.

SN 1998bu at about 12th magnitude was quite bright, SN 1998bn was dim,
SN 1998aq was still fairly bright, and SN 1998S was extremely dim,
being visible only occasionally with averted vision.
