Description:
This globular cluster was an easy target at 36X and appeared round and evenly
bright.
At 151X M53 appeared distinctly grainy hinting at, but not actually resolved
into stars. The center of the cluster was much brighter than the edges.
M53 is quite large at 151X and took up most of the field of view at this
magnification.
NGC 5053 wich should be in the same field as M53 was not seen in my 4.5"
