Personal "rating" (at this aperture, and sky condition): B+
Very small, intriguing edge-on. Fairly high surface brightness.
Found this object right away at low power by it's "bluer" look than
the surrounding star field (yes, it was relatively blue-tinted) Magnification
all the way through 275x was welcome by the galaxy, since it is so small.
Looking upsiding down in the Newt, the central bulge was reminiscent of
M104, and bulging out more on the south side. Strong hint of a dark lane at
it's base (north, I believe, (PA is 150)) A mini- M104 for larger apertures!
