Object data: 8'x8'; discovered by Espin as a nice cluster with branches,
stars mag12-15
RA/DE: 21h39.1m, +52°51' (2000)

Description: at 36x, larger than NGC 7296, estimated about 6', 3-4 stars of
mag8-9 on an nebulous background; the stellar background is rich; at 72x, 6
stars are separated on a still fuzzy glow.
