Description:
The Sombrero Galaxy, M104 is easily spotted at 49X as a slightly elongated glow.

At 98X it is almost exactly E-W. There is a large central bulge with two arms
extending out. The dark lane was not seen at this power. At 203X there appears
to be a hint of the dark lane but this could be my imagination. A wonderful galaxy.
