Description:
Found at 98X not far from M60.

NGC 4754 is the fainter of the two. It is almost round and has no real
brightning towards the middle. NGC 4762 is a quite elongated galaxy and much
brighter than NGC 4754. Oriented almost N-S it is located close by a triangle
of three stars. NGC 4762 looks somewhat like a miniature NGC 4565.
