Instrument: Meade 8" F/10
Magnification: 80-312x
Filters used: OIII, visual spectroscope

Description: located at 80x with the prism (a little fainter than IC 2003);
at 87x and OIII, the contrast gain is generous and confirms its a PN; at
145x, somewhat fuzzy star, bluish with a trio of stars 4' to the ESE
(mag9+11+12); at 312x, small nebulous disc.

I can provide a scanned drawing of IC 351 to anyone who can read the binhex
encoding of Eudora (for Mac); just mail me to try
(ypothier@abi.snv.jussieu.fr), it works quite often with other
configurations...
