Description:
The Crescent Nebula: really brought out by O-III. Large, bright oval that takes the shape of a footprint or a kidney bean. Eastern portions were broken but rest of loop was easily visible in the 22". Have viewed this one before under Nebraska skies but seemed more impressive at this night.
