Description:
Moderately bright with slightly brighter central condensation. This is a type
Sc galaxy but it had the appearance of a barred spiral with a stubby arm coming
off each end of the bar. The upper (sorry, I once again forgot to write in my
notes where north was - hopefully the scanned drawing will help) arm was split
into two amaller arms. These observations were not immediately obvious on this
night. However, I noted that this structure was obvious while observing from a
dark sky site with a 13" dob 7/27/90.
