Description:
This open cluster is located not far from h/Chi Persei. I found it moving my
scope from 11 Persei north past Tr 2. Next to the cluster is a striking square
of 7m stars. NGC957 is at the south end of the right side of this square round
a 7.6m star. I had to use averted vision to glimpse a small glitter. Thus in my
scope it appeared very faint. I weren't able to distinguish between different
stars.
