Description:
Situated between NGC 2264 and NGC 2244. Much smaller than this. I hopped from
the first mentioned in southern direction. With 16x it was only a very small
hazy point. With 26x clearer, but still a faint patch beside a brighter star.
Using averted vision it seemed to glitter. I think, a little bit more
magnification and I would have resolved a few faint stars.
