Description:
Easily spotted at 49X without filter, this planetary nebula was very
conspicuous with the filter in place. Despite its southern location it was
surprisingly easy to see detail in this nebula at 203X especially. Large and
round nebula.

NGC 1535 has a bright central area and the central star was suspected. Around
this center is a fainter halo of soft light with a brighter patch at the
eastern side.

Very nice planetary that would be truly great were it placed more northerly.
