Description:
Very interesting cluster of stars in Monoceros.
At 49X, there is a string of four bright stars about 15' long at the end of
which is a faint and tight cluster with one brighter star in the middle. There
are outliers spreading towards the east.
At 98X and 203X this cluster becomes a sparkling field of stars at the end of
the string of four and the bright star in the middle is shown to have a
companion closeby. There are about 30 or so stars in the group and outliers
to the east reach up to a brightish star where the trail of stars 'turns' to
the south.
